Move work items to different project

We wanted to move work items from one project to another and also put them in a different area path. We noticed that the tracked time doesn't move with the work items, so we had to move them back. How can we move work items to a different project and keep the tracked time?

  Hello Sander,

  Thank you for reaching out to us.
  Nothing is required in order to move your work items to a different project under the same organization. You can just simply move the work items to the other project since Timetracker data is linked to the work item ID, and not the project ID. Afterwards, time tracks will be automatically moved when the work item is moved. If you are seeing a different behavior, then please share screenshots of the issue with us. In case your screenshots contain private data please email the following email address which will submit a ticket to our support team: support@7pace.com

  I'm so sorry, it was a user error. We accidentally still had the filter on the old project, which is why we didn't see the tracked time. Anyway, thank you for your reply.
