Mandatory comment contextual on either work item type and/or activity type

Hi, it would be great to be able to require a comment on worklog, but only on certain conditions. By default, it could be [X] Required comment (general), but it could also be on two dimensions:

- Workitem type (including custom types configured in DevOps process):

• [X] Epic
• [X] Feature
• [X] User Story
• [  ] Task (usually, it's already pretty clear at this point)
• [X] Custom type 1 (for example: administrative entry, etc.)
• [  ] Custom type 2 
• and so on...

- Activity Type

• [  ] Development
• [X] Analysis
• [  ] Architecture
• and so on...

So, if any condition requires a comment, it would be required for that worklog.

I don't know if that could be useful for others, but it would help in our day-to-day tasks.
