Prohibit entry of Time at Epic/Feature and Product Backlog/User Story Level

I have used 7Pace in many organisations (using Azure DevOps) and the structure works best when time is recorded at Task/Bug Level ONLY.  Reporting at all levels, but limit entry to the areas where is logically should be.  It's so logical, it really should be an ISSUE not a feature request.

  Hi Jose!

  We treat it as a feature request because we don't limit customers in their abilities to enter time, some companies are not using tasks level at all, and customers could also have custom templates with custom work item types
