In Times Explorer > Work Item Report, there is an ability to pull up various TFS fields in the report, and one of them is Description. However as I recently found out from communication with a support team member, long text fields are currently not supported. We really need to know a brief description of a work item because subject line is not enough for our client when we produce a monthly time report. Perhaps you could consider showing the description as plain text with no formatting and in one line?
And I think it would be the right thing to do to hide fields that are not supported, so that users don't get confused.

Thank you for your feedback! Unfortunately, we don't have plans to start processing long text fields for now. Also, the Description field is also pretty sensitive for a lot of customers, this is also one of the reasons we completely skip it in our processing. I'll keep this feature request for gathering feedback, in case it would be interesting for the community.
And I totally understand your confusion about displaying empty/unsupported fields in the list, I've already transferred this to our Product owners to remove such fields.
