I have a customer that wants to follow the projects. They can do that. They are basic users in Azure DevOps.
They also want to be able to see how much time is used on each project. And here comes the problem.
I am not able to set rights for this. The user can either ONLY see his own registered time OR see all registered time on all projects. Even projects that he is not related to. Projects from other customers that - of course - is none of his business.
On the "Service Account" setting page I tried to change it to "OFF". Nothing changed. The user has the right: "Project".
So at the moment I cannot give him rights to see time used on ONLY the projects that he is related to.
Or I don't know how. I have chatted with support and was told, that this is not possible and I should create a feature request. So, here you are.

Hi Kim,
Thank you for your message. This is something we have been discussing internally recently as it has come up a couple of times before. I'll mark this thread as gathering feedback for now, so we can see what others think about it and share any updates going forward.
Kind Regards, Nici
