It would be very useful to have the possibility to set every person's days Off, in order to avoid people time entries for those days.
Like that, it would be possible to know if someone has forgotten to enter his times or he was on holydays, for exemple.

We've been hearing this request from time to time and it is definitely a valid one. A lot of our users solve this issue by creating specific work items on which the team can book time on. For example, if someone has one day off, they would just book 8 hours on a 'Vacation' work item. Would this work for you? Or do you specifically need to prevent people from booking time on their days off?

Hi Nicole, thanks for the idea. In fact it is what I had already done so far. In my case, the request wasn’t so much to prevent people from booking time those days (also) but to facilitate people’s work, once the general and particular holiday schedules have been defined.
I encourage the team of 7pace to develop these feature.

thanks so much for clarifying! We definitely see the need for this request and we have it documented in our backlog, but unfortunately it is not a high priority for us at the moment.
