Message in times explorer "work item does not exist, or you do not have permissions to read it"
Officially AnsweredSuddenly I stopped seeing work item information in times explorer. When I edit the work item, I see the information without problems, but not from the times explorer. I noticed that it only shows me information about the iteration paths that are enabled for the device, but this did not happen before until now. Can you help me?

The messages that you are seeing indicate an issue or misconfiguration with the Timetracker Service Account.
