Widgets are a good way how to quickly see insights about tracked time directly in monday.com dashboards - without setting up any integration recipes or copying aggregated data to monday.com boards. Our widgets can be added to any dashboard, can display data from multiple boards at the same time, and can provide necessary context by breaking down time by a selected monday.com column.
How to add them? Go to a dashboard, add widget, select Apps and type '7pace'.
Widgets are still in their early stage, but you can already use the first three of them, listed below.
Total Time
This widget shows total time tracked on items in the selected boards. This is handy if e.g. you need to track total time of projects.
Planned vs. Actual Time
This widget compares planned time - taken from a selected monday.com column - with time that was actually tracked.
Time Insights Report
This widget lets you group tracked time by a selected monday field. Mirror columns work as well!
For example, you may have a board with many tickets, each of them assigned to a client. If you want to see total time tracked per client, this widget can provide it to you!
Please note that only items and subitems where some time was tracked with 7pace are taken into account when doing calculations.
