    Reconnecting the client seems to work, but after a couple of hours, problem returns.

    Very annoying.

    Exactly same Problem here. We work on Team Services. Everybody has that problem. "Re-Pairing" works for a couple of hours.

    Same issue for all of our users. Need to go in and pair every few hours. Looking forward to an update.

    Hi guys,

    Sorry for late response, we finally identified the issue and indeed this is unpredictable VSTS API behavior started yesterday. 

    We are working on hotfix from our side and we are also working with VSTS team on fixing issue from their side.
