Time Explorer Not Seeing New Fields / Columns

    Quick update for anybody else with this issue - the columns are visible now.

    It took around 24-36 hours for them to appear but they are there now.

    Hello Rob,

    Thank you for reaching out to us about this and also for updating that you are now able to see the custom fields in your reporting.
    This is expected as it can take up to 24 hours for newly created custom fields to appear in Timetracker Reporting, which you can see in our documentation here: custom fields.
