Hi,
I have added 3 new fields to the task work item type and have recorded time using 7pace against tasks.
When I go to the Time Explorer and try to add these new fields as columns, they are not available.

Thank you for reaching out to us about this and also for updating that you are now able to see the custom fields in your reporting.
This is expected as it can take up to 24 hours for newly created custom fields to appear in Timetracker Reporting, which you can see in our documentation here: custom fields.
