It would be great to have a built-in report / metric that would show all users who have not entered any time during a time range.

Currently i have to do this through the API and a custom program.

  We already have a similar request in our community. I invite you to upvote this one in order to raise its priority. However, currently we don't have immediate plans to implement this.
