When I try to access the "My Times" layout in "Times Explorer", the "Loading" spinners are shown, and no data rows are ever retrieved.

Further info:
from my developer tools I can see that the call from the Times Explorer page to https://idqtfs.timehub.7pace.com/TimesExplorer/GetAllData times out after 3.8 minutes

If yes please login in as Service Account and check if you have any authorization warning. Authorize if need.
