    Same here, but giving that https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/vsoservice/?p=17405 it could be a VSTS issue

    Yes, we have a feeling that something is going wrong. We have several tickets on this topic today, and already forwarded details to Microsoft.

    According to latest information VSTS should be working everywhere.
