    Hello, David!

What installation type did you suppose to install (TFS on local machine or remote)?

If you have TFS on the local machine can you try to open TFS Administration Console? If so send please screenshot

If you have TFS on the remote machine what settings did you use (tfs URL above). Does this URL available for your local machine? Does your user in your local machine have rights to install Extensions to remote TFS?

    Kind regards,
    Dmitrii

Yes the TFS is on a local machine, if by that you mean the same machine as I installed 7pace.

    Hello, David

    Does your public URL work?

Did you try to use local URL but not public for Timetracker?

Did you try to use IP address instead of domain name for Timetracker?

    Kind regards,
    Dmitrii

    Yes our URL does work.

I tried with IP but that did not work.

Not sure what you mean with "local url" but it does not work with localhost either.

    Hello, David!

I meant local IP like "http://192.168.1.1:8080/tfs" or local PC name like "http://DMITRII-PC:8080/tfs"

    Kind regards,
    Dmitrii

As this issue periodically appears for some customers, I would like to share the solution that was found on the original request.

The reason was in security/crypto policies. That is why TFS certificate could not be found by the Configuration Tool.

So the solution is to check your security policies.

    Kind regards,

    Andarth
