    Thank you for your message.

    With regard to 7pace Timetracker compatibility to DevOps Server 2019, currently, only RC1 has been released.

    Unfortunately, it's appears that there is a bug in DevOps Server 2019 RC1 which makes 7pace Timetracker unable to install the extension to it. It means that 7pace Timetracker is completely incompatible with DevOps Server 2019 RC1. We can't make a workaround because there is only one way of installing extensions to DevOps and that doesn't work.

    We've already reported the bug to DevOps Server development team and are waiting for fix in DevOps Server 2019 RC2.

    This issue is not only occurring on fresh installations. We are finding that some customers using 7pace Timetracker with TFS 2018, for example, and then they update it to DevOps Server 2019 RC1, Timetracker will be broken as well.
