Cannot import timesheet from excel if user has never logged any time

I am migrating from Jira/Tempo to DevOps and I found a problem where I cannot import timesheets for a user if the user has never logged time manually before.

The solution I am having to apply is to ask the users to manually log the time so the user email pass the validation while importing.

  Hi Mateus,

  Thank you for your message.
  It happens because Timetracker does not retrieve user data from DevOps until user does not log in and gives his/her permit on this.

  I can agree that this behavior does not look pretty convenient. So I have created feature request in order to keep you updated if we'll find a solution on that.
