Dear support,
one of our external users is facing the error message: Provided token not working with current account.
We then followed the procedure described in this knowledge base article.
We logged in with that microsoft account to the "my profile" page and picked the right domain.
We revoked authorization, logged out of the system, logged in using a private browser tab and authenticated again. We then received the same error message.
Strange thing is: That user is able to register time, but always get the request to authenticate.
Can you provide additional help, to get authorization going?
Thanks and best regards,
Dieter

Hello fym,
It seems you are experiencing authorization loop from DevOps side.
Could you please reset the "cache" and "local storage" in the browser for 7pace Timetracker? The following article will help guide you through the proper steps:
https://www.leadshook.com/help/how-to-clear-local-storage-in-google-chrome-browser/If that won't help, you could try to use PAT (personal access token) by following the instructions in this article: https://support.7pace.com/hc/en-us/articles/115004649063-Authorizing-7pace-Timetracker-for-Dev-Ops-Services-Cloud-
Kind regards,
Anton
