Allow setting of the start time in time tracker app before clicking start.

I start my day, get my coffee, read and answer my emails and then realize I should have been tracking my time so I click start on the windows time tracker but then I have to us the add entry function and add an entire item from 8:05 to 8:10 am.
Instead I was thinking of something like this:
I take a phone call from a customer and then 10 minutes into the call I realize I forgot to track my time. While I am still talking to them I open the windows tracker click the play button, I change the start time to when the customer called me, set the work item, activity type and click start.
An addition to this is to to have a function "Set start time to end of last activity". I am tracking time and I miss the "are you still working" prompt in the time tracker so time stops tracking. When I start tracking again I simply click on button or something "Set start time to end of Last". If I disagree then I modify the start time it suggested and click Start Tracking.
If the time overlapped the previous entry it would show a small warning.
