Dear Support,
I am using an Excelsheet with OData connection for some time (cloud DevOps). Today, the system asked for authentication when trying to refresh information.
For initial authentication I did use a token, which is still valid until November 2022. As far as I remember, I did use authentication method "Standard" with my MS organizational account as userID and the token as password.
I don't have the token available anymore and I am not aware of any method to make it visible.
What causes the system to force reauthentication despite the token being valid?
What is the best method to deal with this situation?
Thanks and best regards,
Dieter

Hi Dieter!
Without additional details and because we don't store tokens on our side we will not be able to check its state and history.
You could check and control your tokens on the Timetracker Settings page -> Tokens. In your situation, I would suggest issuing and new token and using it with your integration.

This is not the correct way to authorize, here are docs and tutorials on how to issue tokens and authorize.Maxim
