I see the message, "This door is locked. Please contact your network administrator to get access to the page" throughout each tab of Timetracker; what's going on?
This is related to permissions and user management and displays because you do not have permission to access these particular pages.
When you install Timetracker into your VSTS account, the first user who accesses Timetracker and initializes the account becomes the administrator by default. Also by default, all new users do not have admin permissions, but this can be changed in the "Configuration" tab under the "User Management" section.
First, navigate to "Settings" (see screen shot, below) to determine who the "Current owner" is. Then that user can navigate to "Configuration" -> "User Management" and assign roles to your team members and the "This door is locked" message should disappear. If it does not, please contact Timetracker support at firstname.lastname@example.org.
