Issue
Timetracker fails to load. I am experiencing slowness, I see the message "Timetracker is taking longer than expected to load." at the top of the page and can see an error "ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED" shown in the browser Console*. Why is Timetracker not loading, running slow, or showing connection errors?
Resolution
Step 1
Whitelist URL's and IP ports as per the prerequisites. Ensure that all of the required URL's and IP addresses for Timetracker are whitelisted in your firewall or network security settings.
Step 2
Test Timetracker in incognito mode and disable browser extensions. Clear your cache and cookies or try using a different browser to check if the issue is browser-specific.
Step 3
If you are using a VPN, disable it or switch networks to see if the issue persists.
Step 4
Temporarily disable your antivirus or firewall software to prevent them from blocking Timetracker’s scripts or communication.
If issues persist after these steps, please contact 7pace support.
