Question
I am trying to import an external timesheet for one of my new users in "Times Explorer", however, it is not finding the specific user I am trying to import data for in the list, so it will not let me complete the import. This particular user was assigned a Timetracker license and I have also verified that this individual has the appropriate access in user management, so why can't I see them?
Answer
New Timetracker users are immediately visible in the "Users" list under "Settings" -> "User Management". However, users do not appear in the Timetracker database or display in other areas of Timetracker where time tracks can be assigned to them until they access Timetracker at least once, themselves. Users only need to open the "Time" hub within DevOps once, and from that moment on, time can be added and/or imported for them.
