We have been using 7Pace in our OnPremises environment from DevOps for a few weeks now. Now we wanted to test the Android client, but it is not possible for anyone to register via the app. We always get the message:
I have already tested all tips from the following post Connection not possible from Android Client and missing pair by pin option in Version 4.11.0:
1. DevOps Server can be reached from outside without a VPN
2. There are no SSL messages
3. 7Pace is accessible from the outside
In addition, I have already run a sniffer to see how the app comes until there is an error and apparently the first call is already given to https://devops.viosys.de/tfs/VIOSYS/_apis/Contribution/InstalledApps/7pace/ TimetrackerOnPremises a 401 error.
